With Mach1 Capital’s backing, the borrower was able to purchase the property and begin renovations. Once repairs were completed, the property was appraised at $233,000, allowing the borrower to cash-out and refinance into long-term financing.
For our investors, this presented not just another real estate investment, but a chance to enhance a Bay View property and the neighborhood as a whole. Our strategic decision provided the capital to transform an outdated building into a modern rental unit.
