Before co-founding Mach1 Capital alongside his wife, Teresa, Anthony began his corporate finance career at Rexnord with subsequent roles at Robert W. Baird & Co. and U.S. Bancorp (U.S. Bank). He specialized in forecasting and budgeting, and later developed an aptitude for alternative investing. A proud Wisconsin native, Anthony is passionate about leveraging his financial acumen to support the Milwaukee community, empowering local businesses and partners to achieve their long-term goals.

Prior to founding Mach1 Capital with her husband, Anthony, Teresa spent nearly 15 years in the corporate finance industry, working at investment firms and in the manufacturing industry. With roles at companies like Robert W. Baird & Co. and Stark Investments, Teresa found a passion for high-pressure trading and environments, which led her to finding the best possible deals in the real estate industry. Inspired by her own family’s success with real estate investments, Teresa chose to leave the cutthroat corporate world to embrace a more community-focused, neighborly approach to investing—one that Mach1 proudly embodies. Today, Teresa’s mission is to create financial freedom for clients, helping them achieve their goals through thoughtful and strategic investment opportunities.

Gina Natoli joined Mach1 Capital in 2024 as Director of Investor Relations, bringing over two decades of experience in financial services and relationship management. A St. Norbert College graduate and Milwaukee native, she began her career at Northwestern Mutual, where she quickly became a top performer. Over her 24-year career, Gina worked closely with her financial advising clients, building meaningful relationships while empowering them to achieve financial independence and well-structured retirement plans. Her approach reflects Mach1’s core values of integrity, genuine care for others, and a dedication to strengthening the community through opportunity and connection. Gina’s extensive expertise ensures a personalized experience for Mach1’s investors.
